BuildForce is established as the ‘go to’ place for our service leavers and veterans transitioning into careers in construction. Our long-standing relationships with the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force allow us to promote the construction industry as a viable and professional second career.
The BuildForce programme ensures our ex-military are site and employment ready. Our industry is changing faster than ever before, the types of skills required to feed industry’s ever-changing demand makes the sector more difficult and confusing than it ever has been to enter. Therefore BuildForce, with its agility and industry roots, play a vital role supporting our military community into long term careers in construction.
