About the Role

You’ll join our team to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress, establishing, maintaining and managing effective project design resource and team profile at bid and delivery stage. Leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for our customers, key partners and suppliers, you’ll manage and coordinate safely the overall design process through the RIBA design stages, challenging the brief and bringing innovation and continuous improvements.

About You

  • Hold an HND/HNC degree om a relevant field
  • Be a member of a professional institute, i.e. CIOB
  • Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £30 million is an advantage.
  • Ideally have experience of bidding and winning work on both single and two stage tenders
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience with the use of BIM360.
  • Ability to motivate others, achieving high standards of compliance.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
