Please find an opportunity for a Site Administrator to work for BYLOR on the Hinkley Point C Project.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Placing material and plant orders
  • Process Goods Received Notes
  • Off hiring plant/falsework
  • Production of Weekly Timesheets plus all related IR / HR issues and forms
  • Production and monitoring of weekly Labour Costs
  • Provision of Plant Costs
  • Reconciliation of plant invoice
  • Plant Credits
  • Monthly Stock Reports
  • Monitoring incorrect Accruals
  • Monitoring Uncommitted Orders & Outstanding orders
  • Missing Ticket and Problem Invoice monitoring and resolution
  • Monthly site stats reports to Regional Office Manager
  • Weekly Staff register returns
Experience Required:
  • A greater understanding of the LOR infrastructure and functionality e.g. COINS, SAAX, Aurora etc
  • Logical and well organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Numerate, literate and accurate
  • Good communication skills and IT competence levels
  • Positive response to pressure
  • Ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures
  • Ability to support and motivate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to manage larger projects
  • Commercial awareness
  • IR & HR knowledge
  • Leadership skills/qualities
  • Knowledge of the industry
