What is BuildForce?
BuildForce is a FREE TO JOIN UK-wide alliance of employers, industry bodies and Service charities, supported by Government, that inspires and enables Service Leavers and Veterans to pursue careers in construction, providing a coordinated platform for the construction industry to promote career opportunities and connect with the ex-military community.
Our national network of mentors and construction employers have a wide and often personal experience of connecting ex-service personnel with jobs in the construction industry.
How do we work?

How can we help Service Leavers / Veterans?
How can we help Construction Employers?
There is a huge shortfall of skilled construction personnel in the UK, and often ex-military individuals are perfect candidates to fill that skills shortage.
BuildForce has formed an alliance of individuals from industry who promote BuildForce within their organisation and beyond, to help Service Leavers and Veterans transition to construction careers.
