How can we help Service Leavers / Veterans?
Construction in the UK needs 224,000 new recruits by 2019. Every year approximately 14,000 individuals leave the Armed Forces, many of whom are highly suited to jobs in construction. Employers are desperate for skills like yours and we can help connect you to the right people.
How can we help Construction Employers?

There is a huge shortfall of skilled construction personnel in the UK, and often ex-military individuals are perfect candidates to fill that skills shortage.

BuildForce has formed an alliance of individuals from industry who promote BuildForce within their organisation and beyond, to help Service Leavers and Veterans transition to construction careers.
